Middat Sdom is the Latin rendering of, 'Those who think as those of Sodom'. And although this is not necessarily a 'religious' book, it is an evaluation of ethics. Whether or not it is ever legal to allow adults sexual access to children, can it ever be ethical? (Preview an excerpt.)

Are children who are exposed to sexual activity as young as two years of age, not expected to suffer repercussions from it? Pederasts come in all shapes of mind; none are uniform. And as such, there are no doubt pederasts who prefer babies (less than 1 year old) as sexual partners. Can we label these people as pathological and not the pederast who requires a boy of nine or ten?

Middat Sdom is primarily concerned with the homosexual pedophiles of NAMBLA. But what happens when the pedophile is not a homosexual? What happens to the future of a child when the pedophile is her father or his aunt. To determine that any one form of pedophilia is better or worse than any other is a fallacy and a lie.

The greatest danger that pedophiles represent to our society is not limited to the damage they do to young boys when they anally sodomize them, there are other far-reaching consequences to their actions. Were we, as a society, ever to say that sex with children is acceptable, this means that no child is safe in his home. Parents become a threat to the safety of their children if the borders of their bodies can be breached.

Many pedophiles will argue that incest and pedophilia are two completely different things and conversation about one has nothing to do with the other. They will make this argument because it serves their purpose. The fact remains that children are emotionally and physically vulnerable and every legal and moral constraint against adults to use them for sex is in place for their protection and has no bearing on the rights of the adult who seeks such activity.

The laws which we have enacted in society to prevent adults from engaging in sex with children is strictly for the protection of the child, not for the harassment of any adult segment of the population. To stretch the truth to include any such absurd reasoning would have to be the product of an unstable mind. I submit in this work that pedophiles are unstable adults who are unable to function in relationships with other adults, sexual or otherwise, and should diligently seek treatment for their illness, rather than lobbying and petitioning an entire society to change in order to suit their sexual choices.

A sexual preference is not, of itself, a sound basis on which to center one's entire life. Most of us are aware that a human being is not just flesh and bones. Neither are we just a mass of sexual energy and emotions that our entire lives should revolve around a sexual choice. Man is also spirit being and as such we have to make a place to feed that aspect of our lives also. To live an entire God-given life with no thoughts other than our sexual proclivity is the greatest injustice we can do to ourselves.

Unfortunately, children who are introduced to sex at unusually early ages, have been found to do just that. It matters not whether the sexual experience was pleasant, the trauma was still there. Trauma is defined as, 'An emotional shock that creates substantial, lasting damage to the psychological development of a person, often leading to neurosis'.

This trauma of a sexual nature can have even more profound effects on the under-developed mind of a child because at the onset of puberty, sexual identity is one of the first things we learn.

I believe that every child deserves an opportunity during this very critical stage of human development, to explore and define for themselves, what their sexuality will be, without pedophilic influences - but I could be wrong.
